HYDRAULIC POWER TONG КТГ 25-140

Hanging hydraulic power tong КТГ 25-140 serves for powered making-and-breaking of threaded pipe joints of tubing string, well tubes and casing pipes while well drilling and repairing. It is manufactured in compliance with technical specifications ТУ 3668-001-39048342-97.

Design Features:

-          the power tong is provided with a gripping mechanism with gripping heads;

-          high torque with small overall dimensions and mass;

-          the reversible gripping mechanism with jaws or gripping heads ensures a reliable gripping of pipes and couplings avoiding their crushing and slipping;

-          a set of gripping heads allows to operate with a wide range of  pipe diameters;

-          the hydraulic reverse three-point locking device for reactive moment suppression on the tong provides for reliable fixing of pipes of all diameter range without changing the gripping cams;

-          the remote control panel ensures a safe remote operation of the power tong.

Delivery Modes:

-          delivery complete with the locking device or less of it;

-          delivery may be accomplished complete with hydraulic drive stations СГП-20Э (with electric drive), СПГ-20Д, СПГ-20ДМ, СГП-20ДМ1 (with diesel drive);

-          under a special order the following may be additionally delivered: remote control panel, spring suspension, hanger hydraulic cylinder, set of changeable elements  (gripping heads, anvils).
